Network and meet with other group practice owners nationwide who are seeking to set intentions, hold themselves accountable, and seek support.
This support group series is created in efforts to create accessibility to information,
share resources, discuss business matters, and lean on support.
This is a closed cohort group.
Group is facilitated by Adriana Alejandre, LMFT, Founder of Latinx Therapy and Owner of EMDR and Trauma Therapy Center in California.
Tentative Themes & Topics:
-Delegation: How to hire a virtual assistant & outsource other roles
- Hiring: Interview structures, offer letters, employee fees
- Support: Managing a clinical team, remediation, mentorship
-Process building: Creating group documentation, payments, setting expectations
- Self-Reflection: Leadership & accountability
Topics will be developed with the cohort.

Eligibility:
Must have at least 1 employee other than yourself.
This group is not for solo private practice owners seeking to grow into a group practice.
Cost: $240
($40 per group paid upon registering)
