This support group series is created in efforts to create accessibility to information,
share resources, discuss business matters, and lean on support.

Group is facilitated by Adriana Alejandre, LMFT, Founder of Latinx Therapy and Owner of EMDR and Trauma Therapy Center in California.
Agenda
Session 1- Introductions & Goal Setting: Meet each practice owner, explore strengths & hardships, Set goals.
Session 2- Process building: Accountability check on Employee documentation, payroll systems, & Discuss fee Structures.
Session 3- Delegation & Hiring: Hiring a virtual assistant & outsourcing. review Interview structures per roles, offer letters, onboarding procedures.
Session 4- Support & Self-Reflection: Managing a clinical team, remediation, mentorship, leadership & accountability.

Eligibility:
Must have at least 1 employee other than yourself.
This group is not for solo private practice owners seeking to grow into a group practice.
Cost: $400 per person.
($100 per group paid upon registering)
