Refunds Policy

Workshops & Groups:
Cancellations/Refunds: No refunds.

Credit Transfer: If you can't attend, please reschedule with 48 hours notice for credit to be transferred to another month's group (must be the same group or of equal value). Latinx Therapy does not guarantee that there will be space at another session. Transfer to another individual of your choice is permitted with 48 hours notice to Latinx Therapy. Please email us at support@latinxtherapy.com to process the ticket transfer.

Individual Consultations: Full refund with 72-hr notice.

Courses:
No refunds are permitted for online (self-face or in-person) courses/webinars.
Registrants who do not complete their course(s) will not receive a refund.
Registrants who purchased the course but did not achieve a passing grade, will not receive a refund.  

Requests for refunds for live events must be in writing and received one week prior to the event. A $5 administrative fee will be deducted for cancellation of a paid event, through the cancellation deadline.

There will be no refunds on requests received after one week prior to the event. Please allow 5-10 days for your refund to be issued.

Provider will have discretion to issue refunds that do not comply with the policy. Should provider be unable to present in case of an emergency, provider will provide full refund to all participants through a check in mail, Zelle, or Stripe and inform them of the cancellation through email and phone (if need be).
