A Workshop for Mothers: Coping, Boundaries & Balance


A one-time workshop for mothers who are interested in finding community, asking an expert questions, and learning more about these topics: exploring parenting style that is right for you learning how to prioritize your own needs for better balance practicing necessary boundaries for parenting choices.

When: Saturday, July 20,  2024 
Time: 8:30am PST  | 11:30pm EST
Length: 1.5 hrs


Who is this for?

 This group is most appropriate for adult (18+) individuals who identify as BIPOC mothers and are finding a hard time with boundaries and balancing their roles.

What can I expect?

The workshop is 2-hour workshop filled with learning skills & interaction.
Video is not required.
For quality, the workshop is limited to 10 people per group.

Investment

 This workshop is $50. 

Facilitated by Estefania Gonzalez, MSW (she/her/ella). Estefania is a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Los Angeles, CA though this workshop will not be therapy.  

Estefania uses her clinical educational background & teaches through storytelling. She supports parents in their transition to parenthood and in addressing intergenerational wounds to create healthy family dynamics.
