Description:
Network and meet with other group practice owners nationwide who are seeking to set intentions, hold themselves accountable, and seek support. This support group series is created in efforts to create accessibility to information, share resources, discuss business matters, and lean on support.
We will meet 4 times, once a month.
Group is facilitated by Adriana Alejandre, LMFT, Founder of Latinx Therapy and Owner of EMDR and Trauma Therapy Center in California.

Agenda
Session 1- Introductions & Goal Setting: Meet each practice owner, explore strengths & hardships, Set goals.
Session 2- Process Building: Accountability check on Employee documentation, payroll systems, & discuss fee structures (all participants).
Session 3- Delegation & Hiring: Hiring a virtual assistant & outsourcing, review interview structures per roles, offer letters, onboarding procedures.
Session 4- Support & Self-Reflection: Managing a clinical team, remediation, mentorship, leadership & accountability.
Each session will have a Q&A section, and wellness check-in.

Each meeting is 1 hour and 15 minutes (5 hours total of meet time)
Eligibility
Must have at least 1 employed clinician other than yourself.
This group is not for solo private practice owners seeking to grow into a group practice.

Cost
Payment plan: $123.00 in 3 payment installations, paid in full before the group begins.
Refunds Policy: No refunds will be provided after August 30, 2024 due to digital material being accessed.
If you choose to cancel your participation, you must do so prior to May 13, 2024, and there will be a non-refundable administrative fee of $25.

Latinx Therapy: Adriana
Adriana Alejandre is a Trauma Therapist, Consultant and Speaker from Burbank, California, who has a Masters in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. Adriana owns her own bilingual group practice, EMDR and Trauma Therapy Center focusing on wellness for Black, Brown and Indigenous people. She is also the founder of internationally recognized, Latinx Therapy, a directory and bilingual podcast that destigmatizes mental health myths & provides education to combat the stigma. In 2021, she launched a community non-profit with a program called Therapy Dinero to create access to therapy services.

Clinically, she is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (#98925) in the state of California, EMDRIA Certified & Approved Consultant currently creating her own curriculum, and is trained in Brainspotting Level 2 and Somatic Experiencing Level 1.
Adriana is an exceptional leader, she was very organized and tailored the meetings to our needs. The Group Owner's Support Group became available at a time when I was most needing to connect with other Group Owners going through similar growing pains I was experiencing. Adriana provided a supportive space that made me feel validated. I was able to learn from Adriana's experience as well as from my peers, giving me a wealth of new ideas and information about what it takes to run a group practice. Most importantly, I was able to build professional collaborations with some of my group peers and now have a community that I can reach out to as I continue to build into my group practice.
