It was a new and great experience to share my thoughts and practice techniques within a group. Adriana shared amazing insights and techniques to implement into our lives and the workshop exceeded all of my expectations-
I felt equipped and empowered to make changes in my life,
during the workshop and well after!
It was time very well spent and I recommend it for anyone struggling with communication.
Attending the Communication Skills Workshop: Level 1 has been a game changer in the way I navigate my personal and professional relationships. Through this workshop I gained valuable insight on the cultural nuances of my communication patterns that I didn’t even realize existed! As an empath and caretaker I have struggled for many years to learn how to communicate my needs to feel supported. This course has provided me with tangible tools and beautiful lessons on how to be compassionately assertive-a term I didn’t even know existed but surely identify with now. Slowly and consistently, I have practiced the skills I gained and now I feel more confident in my ability to ask for what I need and resolve conflicts without shrinking myself. Sure, it’s still scary but I feel better knowing I’m not alone in this journey of growth.
