Anxiety 101 Workshop


A one-time interactive, virtual, workshop designed to teach Latinx adults learn about anxiety (introductory level) & practice skills that reduce anxiety in a group setting. The goal is to understand what happens physiologically when anxiety comes up & how you can help your body. Create community in the group & obtain not only peer support but also tools to practice daily.
Length: 60 mins, but reserve 1 hour, 15 mins

Who is this for?

 
This group is most appropriate for adult (18+) individuals aware that they are living with anxiety & still have control of their anxiety.
Please note that this is NOT a good fit for people with social anxiety.

What can I expect?

The workshop is 1 hour and 15 minutes of learning skills & interaction. Video must turned on. For quality, the workshop is limited to 10 people per group.
You will learn  somatic and cognitive tools to reduce their anxiety.

This workshop is $35.
